This garlic scapes cheddar-like is simply divine! The garlic scapes have a milder and lighter taste than garlic and don’t have the bad sides of garlic's bulb. The garlic scape is actually the central stem that extends from the garlic bulb. It’s easy to digest and doesn't affect the breath. The garlic scapes of this product are collected by the company Les Jardins de la Colonie in St-Mathieu d'Harricana, Abitibi-Temiscamingue, Quebec.

Our Rose gouda-like cheese has a buttery taste and soft texture. It is aged 60 days in a waxed, pink-colored rind. Its label proudly bears the pink ribbon, which testifies to the cheese factory La Vache à Maillotte’s involvement in raising awareness about breast cancer.

For each kilo sold, one dollar is donated to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.
