As an essential food product, cheeses are exempt from taxes in Quebec. Transport costs are taxable by law. They are added to the invoice at the end of the online payment process.

All promotions in the online store are exclusively applicable to products sold online. The promotions in our La Sarre’s store may differ.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh and refrigerated products, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted and each transaction will be considered as a final sale. For hygiene and sanitation reasons, it's impossible to ensure goods’ safety and their adequate preservation once delivery is made. La Vache à Maillotte will not be responsible for the loss of freshness of products or degraded products caused by absence during delivery.

Specialized equipment: In the case of specialized equipment, such as raclette, fondue, etc. and if the equipment has not been used and is in its original packaging, an exchange will be possible within 10 days. Pass this period, no exchange will be accepted. If additional transport is necessary to make the exchange, it will be the customer’s responsibility.
